Sweatband or Headband: Which Ponya Band is Right for You?

We often get asked how our signature headbands and sweatbands differ from one another. The important thing to note is that both of these products keep your hair out of your face and stay in place, guaranteed. And, above all, they are comfortable with no headaches.

While the 3 inch Bamboo-Lined Sweatbands are our most absorbent, many women prefer the 4 inch Bamboo Jersey Lined Sweatbands in the fall and winter to cover ears (they can also help hold ear buds in!). You can also pull the 2 inch Non-Slip Headband over your hairline to keep sweat out of your eyes during light workouts. 

Whatever your preference, you can get your workout or run in or just get through your day without worrying about your headband slipping. And all of our headbands and sweatbands come in a variety of colors and patterns because life is too short to not have cute exercise gear!
