Ponya Bands has had a tremendous start to 2021 and a very successful first quarter. Our community and business are growing each week, and we love seeing people wearing their Ponya Bands on social media.
We’ve released 11 new fabrics this quarter to very positive feedback. We’ve also placed our bands in even more brick and mortar retail stores. And, we've refreshed our website with a clean, more user-friendly look.
This first quarterly roundup will cover all the news from the past quarter, including new fabric releases, Ponya Partners, and a product spotlight as well as a blog roundup.
Our 11 new fabrics this quarter dropped in three releases, one in January, one on Valentine's Day, and another in March. These fabrics range from solids to abstracts and the fun, whimsical patterns that Ponya is known for.
- Deep Blue Sea
- Hot 'N Spicy
- Teal Chevron
- Watercolor Blocks
February (Valentine's Day)
- Ombre Hearts
- Backyard Birds
- Cotton Candy
- Daffodil (solid)
- Turquoise (solid)
Our bestsellers this quarter were the Aztec, Teal Chevron, and Watercolor Blocks bands, available in the Bamboo Terry Lined Sweatband, Bamboo Jersey Lined Sweatband (Aztec only), and Non-Slip Headbands.
You can always see our newest patterns here.
New Ponya Partners
Our Ponya Partners, brick and mortar businesses where Ponya Bands can be purchased, are a valued part of the Ponya community. We welcomed six new stores as Ponya Partners this first quarter. You can now find our bands at the following businesses:
- Hair Bar, Louisville
- Quest Outdoors, Louisville
- Uniform Headquarters, Paducah
- Shred 415, Alpharetta
- Fleet Feet Peachtree City, Peachtree City
- Fleet Feet Durham, Durham
For a full list of our Ponya Partners and/or to apply to be one, see this link. If you now any stores that you think would be a good fit, send Judy an email at Judy@ponyabands.com.
With the weather heating up, it’s the perfect time to try our Bamboo Terry Lined Sweatbands. The micro-loop bamboo terry fabric both wicks away sweat and absorbs it to keep your eyes dry. As with all of our bands, they stay put and are headache-free with no pressure points.
Remember to put your sweatband on with the logo to the left. That Ponya panda should be peeking out behind your left ear. To help it stay put and keep sweat out of your eyes, pull your Bamboo Terry Lined Sweatband a little below your hairline.
Make sure to see our past blogs from the first quarter, featuring a blend of community spotlights and posts about our products.
